Company data for AI agents · Singapore

Know who your agent is dealing with.

cura8 checks any Singapore entity against the ACRA register, Government Gazette insolvency notices and global sanctions lists, then returns a pass / review / fail verdict with the evidence behind it. One MCP call, or one HTTP request.

Why it matters

The register says live. The Gazette says otherwise.

Company registers update monthly and lag court events. Insolvency first appears as a notice in the Government Gazette, a PDF that no register lookup reads. cura8 reads every company notice on the day it is published and matches it to the company's UEN.

Built for agents

Answers an agent can act on, and a human can check.

Scores hide their reasoning. cura8 returns the reasons, each with a code, a severity and a link to the official record.

  • MCP and HTTP. Two tools, search_companies and check_company, over Streamable HTTP. The same data as a JSON API with an OpenAPI spec.
  • Typed output. Declared output schemas, so clients validate every response.
  • Evidence on every reason. Source, date and the official Gazette notice or sanctions entry.
  • Freshness on every answer. An as_of date for each source in every response.
  • Licences handled. Required attributions travel with the data.
  • Pay per call, soon. x402 for agents with wallets, API keys for teams.

Our standard

Quality data, stated plainly.

  • Official sources only. ACRA, the Government Gazette, OFAC, the UK FCDO, the EU and GeBIZ, used under their published terms.
  • Matches we can explain. UEN first. A name match only when it is unambiguous, and flagged when it happens.
  • Limits published. What we cover and what we don't is on the coverage page.
  • Companies, not people. We don't collect personal bankruptcy or other notices about individuals.
