Terms of use

These terms cover the cura8 website, the HTTP API at company.cura8.ai and the MCP server (together, "the service"), provided by Navan AI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202301236H), Singapore ("we"). By using the service, including through an AI agent acting for you, you accept these terms.
1. What the service is
The service is an automated check of public sources: the ACRA register, the Government Gazette, government sanctions lists and GeBIZ awards. It is provided for information only. It is not legal, credit, compliance or financial advice, and it doesn't replace the official registers or your own due diligence. Sanctions name matches can be false positives and need human review.
2. Accuracy
We work to keep the data accurate and current, and we publish its coverage and known limits. Official sources can be late or wrong, and automated extraction can misread a record. Every response states the date of each source and links to the official record where there is one. Check anything important against that record.
3. Acceptable use
- Keep within the rate limits, and don't try to get around them.
- Don't copy the data in bulk, or use the service to build a competing database or dataset.
- Don't use the service to make decisions about individuals (for example employment, credit or housing for a person), or for any unlawful purpose.
- Keep the attributions and disclaimer that come with the data when you display, store or pass it on. The underlying licences require them.
We may block or limit access that breaks these rules or threatens the service.
4. Beta, pricing and changes
The service is in beta and currently free. We will announce paid plans on this website before charging for anything you already use. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
5. Source data
The source data belongs to its publishers and is used under their terms: the Singapore Open Data Licence (ACRA, GeBIZ), the eGazette terms of use, and the terms of OFAC, the UK FCDO and the European Union. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to that data beyond what those licences allow.
6. No warranty; liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (which during the free beta is zero).
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
