Navan AI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202301236H) ("we") runs cura8. This page explains what we collect when you use the website, API or MCP server, and how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect when you use the service
- Request logs: IP address, user agent, the request (for example the UEN or name searched), time and response status. We use them to run and secure the service, enforce rate limits and fix problems, and keep them for up to 30 days.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
The company data we publish
The service is about companies, not people. We don't collect personal bankruptcy notices or other Gazette notices about individuals, and we don't provide officer, shareholder or owner details. Some register entries, such as sole proprietorships, have business names that include a person's name; these come from ACRA's public register. To correct something, see Corrections.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare (hosting and request logs)
- MongoDB Atlas (database, hosted in Singapore)
- GitHub (scheduled data collection jobs)
We don't sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing connect@navan.ai. We reply within 30 days.
